MEET AT 17:30 @ THE JAC PHASE ONE (L1 4BE)
SET OFF AROUND 17:45

A relaxed, friendly run club to help you get regular runs in - particularly suited to beginners and intermediates. 

Whether you're looking for a boost in motivation or to try out running for the first time, we will be there every Tuesday, where you can join in at the level that suits you. 

 

Typical itinerary:

Meet at 17:30

Chat about what you're looking to get out of it/what you're hoping to have for tea

Leave your bags in the bar if you wish

Join the others who have similar goals to you

Head out for a jog around 17:45 (eg. around the docks or up to local parks) 

Run between 5-8K, depending on your preferences

Get back to Phase One for between 18:15-18:30

Have a refreshing drink

What can I expect?

Everyone has different goals - some people are looking to do their first 5k and some are looking at doing their first half marathon (perhaps the Amsterdam one in autumn...). 

Whatever you're coming along for, this group is supportive, helping each other to get out even when we might not feel like it. You can also check out Elliot's bum bag which is a group highlight. 

If you're interested in the occasional weekend trail run then let us know - we'll be heading out for a few over the summer months.
