About the Event
Arrive around 16:30 to meet the team and change if needed, with full changing facilities available on site.
The trainers will take small groups around the brand new Castle St gym (previously on Tithebarn), introduce different exercises for different muscle groups and discuss a variety of training regimes to suit a range of goals.
The session will be interactive, with the option for everyone to try out the exercies and equipment - the level of interaction is completely up to you!
The trainers will then talk you through some top tips on nutrition best practice and answer any questions you have.
Refreshments - smoothies and protein-based snacks - will be provided by Picnic.
Spaces are limited and are £20 per person, invoiced post event. 24-hour notice must be given for cancellations.
